If learning the wheel is on your mind, here is what you need to know. The wheel has a learning curve, no bullshit there, but it is also one of the most satisfying things you can do with clay. There is nothing quite like using a vessel you made with your own two hands. Classes are for all levels, and I work with everyone where they are at. Newbies get the bonus of learning beside people with more experience, and everyone gets time to practice, repeat, and build that muscle memory. Class blocks run for 8 weeks: six working sessions, one glaze-prep session, and one glaze session. Come for the clay, stay for the community. HeartSpace Studio has the experience, the atmosphere, and the good people to make it worth showing up for. Prices include taxes, all materials, and supplies. Class must have a minimum of 4 people enrolled for the class to proceed. You will be advised in advance of the class and refunded if the class is cancelled. No class on October 13.
