Move your practice forward! Explore throwing and its elements in an intensive workshop. Let go of the process give yourself the time to feel the ebb and flow. You must have some wheel experience prior to taking this workshop and be ready, willing and able for exercises and challenges. Push your practice, refine your skills, experience the satisfaction. Water and sustenance provided to get you through the afternoon. Stretch breaks taken every hour! class fee includes GST & PST

Cancellation Policy
Studio sessions: Full refund if cancellation is received a full 7 days prior to the start of the class, 50% refund if less than 7 days. There are no make up classes available if you are unable to attend a session. Calgary workshops: The workshops require a 10 person minimum. If the minimum is not reached, full refunds will be provided. In addition, a full refund is given if you need to cancel prior to 48 hours before workshop start, no refund if cancellation is given within the 48 hour window.
